Referring to Dr Max Gerson, one of the most important aspects to fight cancer successfully is to get rid of all the toxins of the body by using « coffee enemas »
In summary and acting similarly as a from of dialysis, coffee enemas helps to :
Speed up the detoxification of the body
Lower the quantity of blood serum toxins
Clean the poison out of the fluid nourishing the cells
Facilate the excretion of dead cancer cells by the liver
Remove all toxic products from the blood system across the colonic wall
In other words, coffee enemas help to stimulate the increased production of Gluthatione S-Transferase (GST) by 600 to 700 percent. GST is an enzyme contributing to the removal of free radicals and toxins from the blood. This leads to the fact that the liver and gallbladder are left as bile salts which can be simply flushed out through the duodenum.
Aside from the coffee itself, several studies showed that the water contained in the coffee enemas helps the body to heal itself by flushing out any toxins of the colon and rectum and speeding up the transit time of the stool (similar to the hydrotherapy). Furthermore, it is a natural constipation relief which is common for patients with cancer.
Shortly said, whether you are healing your cancer via conventional modern medicine (surgery, radiotherapy or chemotherapy) or any other treatments, your body has to be supported while proceeding dead cancer cells and excreting all the waste products through the blood, liver or colon.
This explains why I strongly recommend to do coffee enemas once/twice a day. (Best time: in the evening before or/ 2-3 hours after dinner).
How to prepare coffee enemas?
First you should add 3 table-spoonful of ground coffee beans to a quart (1 liter) of boiling water (either distilled or bottled water).
Boil the coffee mixture for 3 minutes and let it simmer for another 15 minutes.
The filter the coffee and add more water (distilled or bottled) to the mixture to fill it up again to a total volume of 1 liter.
Let the coffee cool down to body temperature (36°-37°).
Place the enema bag or bucket (irrigator) about 18 inches above the body.
Place some soft pillows or covers to the floor and lie down on the left side. You should feel really comfortable.
Then let the coffee enema slowly (to avoid circulatory problems) flush into your rectum and bowel.
Once finished, turn to the right side, as the liver is on the right side of your abdomen, and pull your legs up.
Try to held the liquid inside your body for about 10-15 minutes and the release the liquid. If you are releasing the liquid after 2-5 minutes, please try again.
It is imporant to hold it for about 10-15 minutes as the body's entire blood supply passes through the liver every 3 minutes, which means 4-5 times during the recommended time.
